2024 Sportsman's Bash

Rules and Regulations

Gates open at 10:00 am. Free food & Beverages.

Beverages end at 4:30 and Food is served from 11:30am - 3:30pm.

No one may enter the grounds without a Sportsman Ticket OR Cash Bonanza ticket AND photo I.D.

Only one admitted per ticket.

No one under the age of 16 will be admitted.

No one under the age of 18 is permitted to enter raffles.

If tickets are sold out, guest may enter for $35 per person to be paid at the gate.

No personal coolers, glass containers, firearms, weapons or alcoholic beverages allowed into the event.

Drinking and Driving is against the law. A taxi will be available. Must have valid Photo I.D. and be 21 years of age to consume alcohol.

If for some reason the drawing is not held, all monies will be returned to the ticket holders at the address given on the ticket stub.

You can win more than once.

Only registered ticket holders may claim prizes won. Identification is required for the prize to be awarded.

Winning numbers posted at www.hvfdgunbash.com no later than 1pm Sunday, following the event.

Any prize not picked up within 30 days becomes the property of the HVFD.

Most prizes are claimed at 5:15pm after the event.

H.V.F.D. reserves the right to substitute a prize with one of equal or greater value if the original is not available.

All gun tax and insta-checks are paid for by the HVFD.

Income tax, title transfer & sales tax on prizes is the responsibility of winners.

There will be $30 fee on all returned checks.

Some cash prizes will have taxes withheld in accordance with IRS requirements.

Additional Raffles and drawings will be available throughout the day of the event at an additional cost.

Neither the H.V.F.D. nor any persons, organizations, businesses or other sponsoring agent in the 2023 Sportsman’s Bash assumes any liability for any claims, injury, damages or other resulting out of the possession of the guns or any other prizes obtained from the raffle.

Live Music throughout the day.

There will be a Corn Hole tournament the day of the event. Additional entry fee will be required to participate. Weather Permitting.

All decisions of the H.V.F.D. are deemed final.

Winners need not be present to win.
